Terms of Service & Conditions

Sanctioned Countries:

Yishan Immigration Services Inc. does not offer services to countries that are currently under international sanctions as determined by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. By using our services, you attest that you are not a resident or citizen of a sanctioned country.

Authority & Decision Making:

All decisions regarding visa and immigration applications, as well as other related services, are made at the discretion of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and in accordance with the Canadian laws and regulations. While we strive to offer accurate guidance and support, we cannot guarantee any particular outcome.

Refund Policy:

The Client acknowledges that the granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the government and not the RCIC. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that fees are not refundable in the event of an application refusal. Refunds for services rendered are only available in situations where Yishan Immigration Services fails to deliver on the stated services as per the signed contract. Any claim for a refund must be made within 30 days of the initial service agreement. The amount refunded will be proportional to the services not delivered.

Private Organization Statement:

Yishan Immigration Services is a private organization. We are not affiliated with any governmental agencies, and our advice should not be construed as legal advice.

Retention of Documentation:

For the purpose of providing our services, we retain certain documentation provided by our customers. Examples of such documentation include, but are not limited to, contracts, credit card authorization forms, personal identification documents, and any other relevant materials submitted during the application process.

Refunds & Cancellation Acknowledgment:

Before proceeding with our services, customers are required to acknowledge and agree to our refund and cancellation policies. This acknowledgment is captured through a signed agreement during the initial stages of our service engagement.
